While MySoulSchool by Mehakleen and My Soul Growth Co (hereinafter referred to as ‘Company’) has gone to great lengths to build exhaustive resources containing all of the necessary lessons, tools, and practice materials to ensure students will have success after taking the course, company cannot advertise a blanket guarantee that all students will be successful in becoming a tarot reader, spiritual healer, or a coach and marketing themselves or get clients.
That the products of the company are accessible online via the course platform Freshlearn & Tagmango. After your purchase has been approved the company shall process your request. Once your order has been processed the company will send a confirmation email using the email address provided on the order form.
This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and shall contain the information needed to access the company product via the course platform Freshlearn & Tagmango.
Activities from our servers are closely monitored to ensure that the customer is able to successfully access the company's website and products. The products/course material can be accessed via Freshlearn & Tagmango only via a single device, however are not permitted to share the login credentials with anyone else including any family or friends whatsoever. Just as colleges and universities do not guarantee you will get a job after graduating, students enrolled in courses/services provided by the company are not guaranteed success or income merely by completing the course. All students who enroll acknowledge this fact and agree that securing clients is solely their own responsibility.
Further, before enrolling in the course, students agree that any success/income is solely dependent upon their own understanding and application of the material, content, and methods as outlined in the course. Not following instructions, lacking personal aptitude or any prerequisite skills (i.e. not retaining or understanding necessary concepts, etc.), or refusing to put in the work it takes to find clients are not the faults of MySoulSchool or its founder.
Finally, students acknowledge that the company will not find clients for them. Aside from being impossibly time-consuming to be constantly on a quest to find clients for every student, the company does not guarantee that your work is actually good and may vary upon the facts and circumstances. If the company recommends you to a third party, the Company cannot ascertain whether the task/ responsibilities shall be accomplished by you as expected.
The customer should know that taking the course via this website does not invariably make you an expert. The success will depend upon your inputs, hardwork and whether you work towards it or not. Access to our private Facebook group is also an excellent support tool for students.
1. REFUNDS
MySoulSchool is a course/service/platform provided by the company wherein the customer enrolls. It is not a product to be purchased, used, and then returned. After pre-booking or once access is granted, due to the sensitive, proprietary nature of the copyrighted content, the company shall not refund tuition fees for any reason. Since the services made available here are intangible, there is a strict no-refund policy.
That no user/customer shall practise any acts of fraudulent nature. The company shall reserve its right to remove the access to the course/course material without any warning or refund to your purchase if you are found guilty of any of the fraudulent acts including, but not limited to:
(a) Copying the contents of the course
(b) Providing access of the course/course material to your friends/family
(c) Pirating the course content in manner
(d) Soliciting MySoulSchool students and selling them unwanted products
The founder Ms. Mehakleen Kaur has put her immense efforts for almost three years of hard work into the courses. Without prejudice to the fact that the company does not guarantee success in every circumstance, it is believed as well as time and again witnessed that a wise application of the course, shall help in making maximum investment possible. All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as Instamojo, Razorpay, Paypal. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
The company reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.
If any fraudulent or illegal transaction is suspected by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms and conditions of using the website, we have the sole discretion to cancel orders of such users. We shall maintain a negative list of all the fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

MySoulSchool reserves the right to showcase and utilize students' results, achievements, and testimonials for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes. By participating in our courses or services, you grant us the permission to use your results in various mediums including but not limited to our website, social media channels, workshops, and promotional materials.

This includes but is not limited to sharing your success stories, testimonials, or manifestations related to the skills you have learned through our platform.
Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. While we may share your results as described in above sections, we will not disclose any sensitive personal information without your explicit consent. Your privacy is important to us, and we adhere to all applicable data protection laws and regulations.
Termination of Display Rights

3. DELIVERY
If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact support@mysoulschool.in with your transaction/payment details to ensure your services are provided as soon as possible.
We offer non-tangible irrevocable services and not issue refunds once the services are purchased. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service provided by our company.
Major defects: Although all the services are thoroughly researched before release, unexpected errors may occur. You should contact us for any such issues. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours, however, no refund shall be issued whatsoever. Please be advised that temporary access to your web host/server can be requested by our technicians in order to identify and fix the possible issues with our services. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide access to your sever will result in your inability to rectify the issue.
